The Problem

In India, individuals with disabilities often face significant barriers to employment, including societal stigma, lack of accessible workplaces, and limited opportunities for skill development. Beyond employment, Mitti Café serves as a platform for raising awareness about disability inclusion, fostering a more accepting and informed community. Since its inception, the organization has empowered over 6,500 individuals and served more than 11 million meals, demonstrating the impact of inclusive business models.
